We only collect information when you complete when you complete the online booking form, or register for the nextstep virtual centre. This includes personal details such as your name and address so that we can respond to you, and statistical information such as age and ethnicity.
If you contact us asking for information, we may need to contact other agencies to find that information. We do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry. Once we have replied to you, we keep a record of your messages for six months for reference and audit purposes, after which it is deleted.
2: Feedback

3: Registration Data
If you register for nextstep online, we will ask for several pieces of information that are used to keep you in contact with your virtual nextstep centre. None of the information you provide will be used by ourselves, or any third party unless you ask us to, an example of this would be if you make an appointment to see an advisor.
4: Site usage information
a) Cookies
